You must not use any content, including text, images, or trademarks, belonging to others in your products unless you have permission from the rights owners. You assure that your products will not violate any rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, and will not slander or defame anyone. When you place an order through this website, you confirm that you have all necessary permissions to do so and you grant EZ Packaging the permission to produce the products for you.

Customer Content

You’re fully responsible for the content you incorporate into your products and for ensuring it doesn’t infringe on any third-party rights or laws. You pledge not to upload or share content that is inappropriate or violates any laws. EZ Packaging does not control customer-posted content but reserves the right to remove content that breaches service terms or is objectionable. EZ Packaging may also disclose content if legally required to do so. You must protect your account password and manage access to your account responsibly. You are accountable for any orders placed or actions taken through your account.

Design Files and Customer Submitted Artwork

EZ Packaging provides design files at low resolution (72 DPI). For higher resolution files, contact us for a quote. All submitted designs must be in CMYK format with a minimum of 300 DPI. EZ Packaging is not responsible for color shifts during RGB to CMYK conversion or for low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution submissions.

Proofing and Matching

Customers must approve final artwork and job specifications. EZ Packaging is not responsible for errors once approval is given. Screen proofs are not indicative of final print color or density. Color accuracy in printed products may vary, but we strive for a 90% match to the proof

Materials, Returns, and Refunds

All printed materials are not food-grade unless specified. All sales are final, but we offer reprints for errors on our part. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery for any defects. Expedited printing or shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

EZ Packaging provides several shipping options but is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. Customers agree to all customs duties for international shipments. We aim for perfection in quality and competitive pricing, with production facilities worldwide, especially in South Asia, ensuring quality and value.

Damages and Loss

Inspect deliveries for damage or missing items promptly. Report any issues within 3 business days. EZ Packaging is not responsible for shipping errors or damages after this period. Printing standards allow for a slight variance in order quantity.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided without warranties of any kind. EZ Packaging is not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the site or from ordering products. Users are responsible for their conduct on the site.
